Fire must be fought with fire.

Why ELSIAA built this — and who watches over it.

From the founders

Every tool we have should serve Hashem.

ELSIAA was created with the understanding that fire must be fought with fire.

We live in enormous vulnerability. The internal structures of purity and sanctity that once protected us have been breached. The smartphone is being leveraged to harm you — so we fight back, and make sure it equips you to do mitzvos instead. We believe every tool on our canvas should be used to serve Hashem.

The Mesilas Yesharim teaches that a person in this world is on a mission, placed between good and bad, where the challenge is so real that we live inside a reality we mistake for eternity — when in truth it is a short assignment. The thinker understands that this world is a test of good against bad, and that every chance and every tool we have to produce more good must, by the law of connection, itself be good.

Every person is a soldier in that fight — good prevailing over the yetzer hara, over bad desires, staying strong. We know the Torah is our light in the deep darkness of this colored world. Our job is to give light that makes the color glow with Hashem's sanctity and holiness.

Our mission is one thing: to give you another tool in your arsenal for the mission you are already on.

We hope you quickly discover the beautiful life of being close to Hashem — and that every mitzva brings more bracha into your life.

Sincerely, Mitzva.app
